Job Summary:
The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events including corporate meetings, social gatherings, conferences, and promotional functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on lead and provide location packages, set up a call to discuss about the packages and upsells of the various packages.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to manage venues, catering, entertainment, and AV needs.
- Prepare and manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Create and distribute event invitations, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all events are aligned with brand standards and client expectations.
- Collect feedback and report on event outcomes to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update event calendars and databases.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
