E-commerce Assistant - (ZR_23359_JOB)

This is a remote position.

10-12 hours per week

Monday to Friday, Los Angeles time zone

Training Schedule:

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 7PM to 9PM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 7PM to 9PM PST

After Training:

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 9PM to 11PM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 9PM to 11PM

Busy Season (depending on need, Nov & Dec)

Monday - off

Tuesday - Saturday, 9PM to 12AM or until 1AM PST

Sun - off or if they like, they can work 9PM to 12AM or until 1AM PST

Responsibilities

• Creating simple designs and performing edits on images using the Photoshop application in accordance with the provided instructions.

• Uploading images onto the Etsy shop platform for display and sale.

• Efficiently processing and tracking orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.

• Delivering prompt and courteous customer service through Etsy messages, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Undertaking various general administrative tasks associated with the management and operation of the Etsy shop.

Requirements

• Preferably with experience running or managing an Etsy store

• Accountable and meticulous in tasks

• Open to acquiring new knowledge and skills

• Familiarity with order processing procedures

• Possesses fundamental computer skills

• Experience with Photoshop and other graphics design software
