Dispatch Agent (ZR_23636_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Promptly receive job requests through CRM software
  
• React quickly and efficiently to incoming emergency calls and process necessary information rapidly.
  
• Quickly match requirements to technician expertise and availability
  
• Efficiently dispatch jobs to prevent missed opportunities, taking into account their location and the distance to the client using map reading skills.
  
• Occasionally provide customers with status updates
  
• Monitor technician performance metrics like close rates
  
• Utilize basic mathematical skills for tasks related to dispatching, potentially calculating travel times or distances.
  

• Strong attention to detail for accurate job/technician matching
  
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  
• Excellent English communication skills for customer interactions
  
• Comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive tasks and processes
  
• Must be highly proficient and quick at using computers to handle tasks efficiently, especially when responding to emergency calls.
  
• Strong aptitude for math is a significant advantage.
  
• Ability to read and understand maps (e.g., Google Maps) to determine distances between locations for effective dispatching of technicians. Must be able to interpret maps beyond simply entering addresses.
