Job Description

Take ownership of digital marketing initiatives and CRM operations for a progressive tax services firm. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact business growth by managing the GoHighLevel CRM platform, creating engaging marketing campaigns, and implementing sophisticated automation workflows. This position offers the perfect blend of creative marketing and technical expertise, allowing you to showcase your skills while contributing to the company’s digital transformation journey. You’ll work independently while maintaining close collaboration with leadership to drive marketing success and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated workflows in GoHighLevel CRM to streamline client communications and marketing processes
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive client engagement and business growth
  • Develop and maintain an engaging social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Build and optimize marketing automation sequences to enhance client relationship management
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Ensure consistent and timely social media content delivery
  • Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform and marketing automation tools
  • Proven track record in creating and managing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Sharp attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Superior time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Ability to work specified US Eastern Time zone hours
  • Commitment to maintaining consistent 10-hour weekly schedule
