This is a remote position.
Job Details:- Possible overtime hours if needed
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EDT
Responsibilities:
- Receive requests from families needing last-minute backup child or elder care and book the service
- Communicate with families to gather details about care needs
- Coordinate with a network of backup care providers to arrange care
- Follow up with families and providers to confirm care arrangements
- Answer general customer inquiries about the care service
- Calendar coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years of general customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience with scheduling/calendar management
- Familiarity with child care and/or elder care industries a plus
