- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage payroll documentation and support

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Coordinate with management on financial matters
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience in construction or service industries
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
- Experience with Australian accounting standards preferred
