Job Description

As a Cold Caller for our dynamic startup, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, introducing our groundbreaking debt recovery application to small businesses and tradesmen. Your persuasive communication skills will be instrumental in explaining how our app can help businesses ensure they get paid on time, every time. You’ll offer potential clients an exclusive six-month free trial, giving them the opportunity to experience the benefits firsthand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making meaningful connections, has a passion for helping others succeed, and wants to be part of a transformative solution in the small business sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging outbound calls to small businesses and tradesmen, introducing our innovative debt recovery application
  • Craft compelling pitches that clearly articulate the app’s features and benefits, tailoring your approach to each potential user’s needs
  • Offer and expertly explain the terms of our exclusive six-month free trial, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Secure direct sign-ups for our $5/month subscription, showcasing the long-term value of our service
  • Provide comprehensive follow-up information to interested parties, ensuring they have all the details needed to make an informed decision
  • Manage and conduct strategic follow-up calls, nurturing leads and building lasting relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all calls and outcomes, contributing to our data-driven approach to growth

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a natural Australian-sounding accent to build instant rapport with local businesses
  • Proven track record in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales, with a knack for turning cold leads into warm prospects
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, relatable terms, making our app accessible to even the most tech-hesitant clients
