Job Overview

Embark on an exciting career as a Virtual Assistant specializing in cold outreach and appointment setting for our innovative client in the roofing industry. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer acquisition, using your exceptional communication skills to connect with homeowners and offer valuable roof inspection services. You’ll play a crucial part in helping homeowners safeguard their properties, especially in the wake of major storms or severe winter weather. This position offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and problem-solving, making each day dynamic and rewarding. Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns, reaching out to homeowners with precision and enthusiasm
  • Craft compelling pitches for roof inspection services, tailoring your approach based on recent weather events and potential property risks
  • Skillfully navigate through customer objections, providing clear and concise information about the inspection process and its benefits
  • Set appointments for roof inspections, matching homeowner availability with the company’s schedule
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-up and data accuracy
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting, contributing directly to the company’s growth
  • Continuously refine your approach based on performance metrics and feedback, aiming for optimal results

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with clear, articulate English and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or appointment setting roles, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities a Must
  • Resilience and stamina to handle high-volume calling while maintaining a positive and persistent attitude throughout the day
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dialer software, with experience in Phone Burner being a significant advantage
  • Sharp listening skills and the ability to adapt your conversation style on the fly to connect with different types of homeowners
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote setting, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Enthusiasm for learning about the roofing industry and staying updated on weather patterns and their impact on home maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative ways to secure appointments
  • Comfort with performance metrics and a drive to continuously improve your skills and results
