Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 4 hours a day in split shift: 8:30 am to 10:30 am/1:30 pm to 3:30 pm Toronto, CA time
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact in our client acquisition process, connecting with business owners and decision-makers across thriving markets. This role combines strategic prospecting, consultative communication, and appointment setting to drive our company’s growth. You’ll work with cutting-edge marketing solutions, leveraging both traditional and digital channels to provide value to local businesses. Responsibilities:
  • Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to business owners and key decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior sales executives
  • Research and generate new business leads using provided tools and methodologies
  • Maintain accurate calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Document all interactions in our CRM system
  • Generate daily performance reports and activity summaries
  • Send professional follow-up communications and meeting confirmations
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques
  • Contribute to team performance metrics and company growth objectives


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B telephone sales or appointment setting
  • Excellence in professional communication and relationship building
  • Strong ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively
  • Demonstrated success in meeting performance targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and calendar management tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Professional home office environment with minimal background noise
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in media or marketing sales is a plus
  • Must be available during business hours EST
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
