Client Success and Operations Assistant - (ZR_24388_JOB)

Role Name: Client Success and Operations Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time, maximum 10 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule with availability required for approximately 3 weekly client meetings (1 hour each)

  • No weekend client communication required

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client experiences by managing project workflows, maintaining clear communication channels, and conducting quality assurance on marketing content. The position offers comprehensive training through a structured 90-day program designed for your success, with potential for growth in hours and responsibilities as the business expands. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their marketing and operations expertise while working in a flexible, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Send weekly digest emails to clients
  • Join client calls to take detailed notes and manage action items
  • Maintain and update projects in Asana including tasks, deadlines, and project timelines
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Organize Google workspace and other files for easy client access
  • Track and report KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure nothing becomes overdue
  • Respond to client questions about locating items and resources
  • Forward complex issues to the business owner for resolution
  • Perform content audits by reviewing client-created materials
  • Check content for proper formatting and copywriting structure
  • Approve content on behalf of the business owner


Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace navigation and management
  • Experience with Asana project management platform
  • Familiarity with CRM solutions and all-in-one marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Background in marketing copywriting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relational skills
  • Experience in marketing strategy and project management preferred
