Work Schedule: This would be flexible hours as my business affairs can be slow all day and by the end of the day require immediate work. The Business Operations Coordinator will need to be flexible on jumping in and out.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end-to-end workflow processes in Monday.com CRM
- Coordinate customer inquiries from initial contact through service delivery
- Process compliance documentation and government notifications
- Oversee worker documentation and safety compliance processes
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and improve system integrations across multiple platforms
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Support scheduling and resource allocation for service delivery
- Manage customer communications and documentation requirements
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
Requirements
- Native-level English communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities
- Proven experience with Monday.com and ability to optimize CRM workflows
- Strong technical aptitude and experience managing multiple software platforms
- Demonstrated ability to create and improve business processes
- Excellence in documentation and standard operating procedure creation
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements
- Experience with video-based training tools and documentation
- Professional communication style for internal and external stakeholders
- Availability to work Australian business hours
- Minimum 2 years experience in operations coordination or similar role
