Responsibilities
Transform financial data into organized, actionable insights through meticulous bookkeeping practices.
Process and track cash applications with precision, ensuring accurate financial records.
Create an efficient digital filing system by attaching and organizing receipts in the company’s credit card platform.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Record and maintain financial transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
Generate professional invoices and manage the accounts receivable process.
Support payroll functions with accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Collaborate with the management team to improve financial processes and systems.
QuickBooks certification with demonstrated proficiency in digital accounting platforms.
Proven experience in essential accounting processes, including AP/AR and account reconciliations.
Strong digital organization skills, particularly in receipt management and documentation.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours (Pacific Time) with a consistent schedule.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while following established processes.
