In this role, you’ll be making outbound cold calls to local businesses, identifying key decision-makers, and setting appointments for our sales team to secure exciting group events. - Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with 1-hour unpaid break
- Generate leads for group events
- Work directly with the client’s team following their processes and standards
- Performance measured through appointment setting metrics
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to local businesses from provided lists
- Identify and connect with decision-makers responsible for booking group events
- Set qualified appointments for Adventure Park USA’s sales team
- Perform live transfers of qualified prospects to sales representatives
- Follow established processes and meet performance standards
- Work full-time (40 hours per week) within the client’s time zone
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B appointment setting and cold calling or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to identify decision-makers within organizations
- Comfortable working with call scripts and handling objections
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours weekly)
