Job Description
Take ownership of a vital sales development role in an expanding fitness organization where you’ll manage and nurture a steady stream of qualified leads. You’ll be handling approximately 100 new leads monthly through various channels, implementing proven follow-up strategies, and playing a crucial role in the organization’s expansion. Responsibilities
- Execute strategic follow-up campaigns for inbound leads from multiple sources including digital advertising, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Conduct professional outbound calls using modern CRM technology to connect with potential clients
- Implement systematic multi-touch follow-up sequences to maximize lead conversion
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and communication attempts
- Schedule qualified appointments for facility tours and membership consultations
- Generate comprehensive activity reports and track conversion metrics
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure smooth lead-to-appointment transitions
- Manage and organize lead database to ensure no opportunities are missed
- Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Proven experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools

- Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred
