Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing real estate organization at a pivotal moment in their expansion. As the Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and managing new digital systems while handling essential business communications. This position offers unique flexibility in scheduling and the potential for significant growth in both hours and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives to improve processes while maintaining careful attention to detail in managing property information and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize business email communications with a focus on efficiency and organization
  • Input and maintain accurate property information in our new property management software platform
  • Support general administrative operations with various task management
  • Help establish and improve administrative processes and workflows
  • Maintain organized digital documentation and records
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Assist with additional administrative projects as needed


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with email management and digital organization
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional approach to time management and deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling including potential overnight hours
  • Previous experience in administrative support preferred
  • Basic understanding of real estate/property management a plus
