Job Description

As Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the essential link between the business and its expanding client base, managing crucial communications and administrative functions that drive the company’s success. Working directly with the founder, you’ll support the transformation of a traditional studio into a modern lifestyle brand. This role offers the perfect blend of structured administrative work and dynamic customer interaction, ideal for someone who thrives on organizing, communicating, and contributing to a business’s growth story.


Responsibilities
  • Manage professional customer communications across email and social media platforms
  • Drive social media engagement through active community management and interaction
  • Process essential financial data entry and reconciliation using modern accounting software
  • Coordinate communications with business partners and collaborators
  • Execute email campaigns and partnership outreach using provided templates and AI tools
  • Maintain organized digital systems across multiple communication channels
  • Support local marketing initiatives and business collaborations
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in admin assistance or similar administrative roles
  • Excellent English communication skills with understanding of casual language and social media terminology
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive communication style and confidence in asking clarifying questions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently within established guidelines
  • Proficiency with business software, social media platforms, and digital tools
  • Professional yet approachable communication manner
  • Ability to work 4 hours daily (between 12-4 PM or 1-5 PM UK time)
  • Available to work Friday through Tuesday schedule
  • Must pass background check
