BrowserStack is a software testing platform that powers over 2 million tests every day across 19 global data centers. We're looking for a Customer Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team that partners with sales to deliver revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space, with expertise in Selenium and solutions engineering.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Prior experience as an Automation Test Manager or Lead, particularly with hands-on expertise in Selenium
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Consulting roles with a technical background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript)
- Proficiency with development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, Maven, Git)
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (JUnit/NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, NightWatchJS, WebDriverIO)
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, VPNs, IPsec, firewalls)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on improving collaboration in a fast-paced, high-dynamic team environment
