Digital Project Manager (LATAM)

The Digital Project Manager at Brightscout will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of various digital projects. These projects include full rebrands, site launches, app design, and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

End-to-End Management

• Lead day-to-day management and ensure the smooth operation of diverse digital projects, encompassing full rebrands, site launches, app design, and marketing campaigns.

• Define project scope, monitor budgets, and align project goals with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure task delegation and project alignment.
• Organize and guide the team, setting clear action items and deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and objectives.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate potential risks or malfunctions, promoting proactive issue resolution.
• Seek opportunities for process improvement and recommend new project initiatives.

We're looking for someone who can:

• Create an organized, realistic project roadmap/timeline considering available resources, potential challenges, and project objectives.
• Collaborate with the team lead to develop the roadmap, ensuring it avoids unrealistic deadlines and aligns with the project's scope.
• Take ownership of the roadmap and enforce compliance from all project stakeholders, including the team and clients.

• Efficiently organize the team, providing specific action items and steps for each project.
• Conduct a comprehensive project debrief to clarify tasks and scope for the entire team.
• Communicate deliverables for each design sprint.
• Uphold deadline adherence within the team.
• Maintain open and effective communication with the team to identify issues that may impact the project's progress.
• Propose solutions in collaboration with the team when project challenges arise.
• Establish regular internal sync meetings to monitor project progress and prevent surprises.

• Ensure effective client collaboration.
• Secure timely and consensual feedback.
• Educate clients on our operational procedures so they adapt to our workflow.
• Gather the required information for each project stage.
• Advocate assertively with clients when they fail to provide necessary materials.
• Communicate the consequences of client actions, such as delays affecting the project roadmap.

• Prioritize organization.
• Act as the primary source for gathering all project essentials.
• Set up Toggl to track tasks efficiently, providing clarity for the team.
• Showcase excellent organizational and multitasking skills, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Requirements

• Project Management Experience

• Possess +5 years of experience in project management within branding and development agencies.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications are advantageous).

• Technical Skills

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with documentation and project management software, including Notion, Jira, Asana, Toggl, and Slack.
• Display a strong technical and creative background, capable of overseeing both technical and non-technical projects.

• Communication Skills

• Present exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on fostering robust client relationships.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English.

• Organizational Skills

• Exhibit a passion for organization, coupled with superb multitasking abilities, enabling the management of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Show a proven capacity to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving project objectives.

• Roadmapping / Project Timeline

• Collaborate with the team lead to create a comprehensive project roadmap, eliminating unrealistic deadlines and adhering to the defined scope.
