Key Responsibilities
Organizational Responsibilities
Active engagement via task management tools like ClickUp, Slack.
Ensure effective communication with the team. Follow the chain of communication and try to be as clear as possible. A Sharpshooter.🚀
Promote a supportive environment to enhance effective teamwork, leverage available resources, and build a conducive workspace for everyone.
Functional Responsibilities
Manage Client’s social media handles.
Content creation.
Set deadlines for work and beat them. Be flexible to beat deadlines set by the project manager in a sprint.
Beat company goals and achievements.
Upon request, go on a design sprint. For example during the creation of company portfolio content.
Create a content Calendar.
Manage social media ads.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and insurance as required
Ensure compliance with our organizational culture.
Key Skills & Attributes
Skills
Attention to detail. Carefully read through a project brief, and understand the requirements before rushing to Work.
Creative Mind. The ability to come up with bespoke artwork is welcome.
Excellent time management. We run on deadlines.
Strong communication skills – Possess the ability to process feedback and produce a design based on that. Or defend a design detection and explain your design process
Flexibility and adaptability. We keep up in sync with the ever-changing design trends. So should you.
Possession of writing skills is a huge plus
