Dev Project Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Dev Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Dev Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and client needs.

Your role will involve coordinating with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scopes, objectives, and timelines. You will be responsible for tracking progress, managing resources, and mitigating risks to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a software development environment

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Linear, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
