We’re currently looking for a full-time Production Support Team Leader to join our dynamic Production Support Team in a remote role.

🌟 About the Role

As a Production Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring team members, ensuring high-quality performance, and driving continuous improvement across Editor Recruitment processes. You’ll help shape team success by fostering growth, maintaining standards, and promoting a positive, high-performing culture.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products, services, and recruitment processes
• Collaborate with the PS Reporting Team to analyze Editor headcount data and other reports
• Drive team quality to meet and exceed company standards
• Take ownership of team challenges and ensure timely resolution
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members

• Oversee workflow, productivity, and team development
• Communicate updates and implement process improvements effectively
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
• Maintain accurate records and organized workflows
• Ensure quality standards and SLAs are consistently met
• Assist with performance reviews and recommend improvements to management
• Support corrective actions when necessary, in line with company policies
• Collaborate with management to suggest and implement process enhancements
