This role is key in ensuring our pieces are well-fitted, precisely made, and ready for scaling with our production partners.

Job Description

• Create patterns for both standard styles and custom orders

• Collaborate closely with the team and sewing partners to ensure proper fit

• Make updates or adjustments to patterns based on feedback or product needs

• Assist in refining overall fit and style consistency across pieces

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in pattern making or a related field

• Receptive to feedback and easy to work with in a collaborative setup

• Accurate, efficient, and attentive to detail

• Startup-ready mindset—self-starter, resourceful, and adaptable

• Strong communication skills—clear, proactive, and responsive

• Freelance or business ownership experience is a plus

Salary and Setup

• Starts hourly-based; can transition to output-based

• Part-time or full-time

• Hybrid work may be possible depending on performance; training will mostly be onsite

• All terms are negotiable based on output and contribution
