Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications;
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure;
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across environments;
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform and related tools;
- Actively contribute to system architecture and technical decisions;
- Monitor applications and services using tools like Grafana, and respond to incidents proactively;
- Work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and product teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development;
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools;
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.);
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code;
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration;
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control);
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Availability to work in a hybrid model from Lisbon, Portugal.
