As a Senior Manager, Revenue Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting to the VP FP&A, you will own the strategic direction and execution of planning and analysis for our global Consumer Growth team. Your purpose will be to drive critical business decisions and provide impactful financial insights to senior leadership, with a focus on revenue streams and related key performance indicators. This includes:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement revenue attribution models across geographic segments to proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Drive the annual budget and forecasting processes for global revenue (and related costs), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Revenue Analysis: Direct the analysis of key SaaS revenue metrics, including provider growth, churn rates, and customer acquisition costs, providing deep insights and recommendations to improve performance and optimize customer lifetime value.
  • Cost Management: Oversee the strategic financial planning and analysis for the global sales organization, establishing frameworks for headcount planning, compensation analysis, and productivity metrics that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reporting and forecasts, clearly articulating key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior management and the executive team.
  • Strategic Insights: Proactively provide strategic financial insights and recommendations that directly influence critical business decisions, contributing to the overall revenue strategy and long-term growth.
  • Financial Systems: Drive the optimization and maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and accuracy of revenue data and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of financial analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring the effective execution of FP&A responsibilities.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership and impact, including 4+ years of deep experience specifically within SaaS or subscription-based business models. Proven experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing FP&A teams.
  • Skills: Expert-level understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition principles (ASC 606), and industry best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Ability to work with large datasets and practical understanding of SQL will be a huge asset.
  • Geographical Experience: Experience managing and providing financial oversight across multiple international regions, understanding the nuances of global markets.
