Role Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Partnership Associate – Nigeria with a strong focus on partnerships. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Nigeria.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, referral agents, and collaborators in Nigeria.
- Build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional communities, and organizations.
- Drive partner-led lead generation and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
- Support partner activation, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
- Track partner performance, leads, and conversion outcomes.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to convert partner leads into paid clients.
- Provide market and partner feedback to improve offers, pricing, and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or sales.
- Strong network or ability to build relationships within the Nigerian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
