United States onlyThe Sustainability Operations & Enablement Manager is responsible for Blue Yonder's core sustainability operations and internal education, including GHG inventory and reporting, EcoVadis assessments, program management, and enablement and internal marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience in managing corporate sustainability operations, including process oversight and improvement.
- Strong understanding of the GHG Protocol and experience in leading Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventory processes.
- Ability to translate complex sustainability topics into clear, practical business guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and maintain centralized documentation systems to support assessments and customer engagements.
