Tooling & Integrations Engineer

We are in search of a Tooling & Integrations Engineer to join our innovative teamas our new #bloqstar. The Tooling & Integrations Engineer will oversee all support-related systems (ticketing, ERP, collaboration tools) within the Intelligence Team. You will evaluate, implement, and maintain the software ecosystem that underpins Bloq.it’s support operations, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What will be your responsibilities

• Configure and optimize ticketing platforms, ERP modules, and other critical systems;
• Lead the integration of new tools or APIs to streamline cross-departmental workflows;
• Maintain detailed records of tool configurations, processes, and best practices;
• Assist Core Support agents and Specialist Team members in effectively leveraging these systems.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Hands-on experience with support or service software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar);
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks, and data mappings to connect multiple platforms;
• Able to plan and execute tooling rollouts or migrations, collaborating with multiple stakeholders;
• Skilled at creating accessible how-to guides and training sessions;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
