Software Project Manager

We are now searching for a Software Project Manager focused on customer projects to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the customer requirements are delivered on time and with quality.

What will be your responsibilities

• Lead software projects from design through market launch, collaborating with Engineering teams, Product Managers, and Head of Program;
• Identify possible solutions how complex 3rd party systems can be integrated into our ecosystem, together with the customer and product teams:
• Identify and manage the right resources to deliver a successful product to the customer;
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, tracking dependencies, and managing stakeholders;
• Establish and apply a governance framework for decision-making and performance tracking using success metrics;
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery by facilitating the resolution of blockers;
• Identify and transform customer requirements into deliverables;
• Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met;
• Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables;
• Agree with stakeholders and guarantee to meet SLAs and SLOs.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Software Project Management, managing agile or significant cross-functional projects using industry-standard software development methodologies;
• Experience operating at scale with global teams and products in fast-growing consumer markets;
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (ie: Confluence, Jira, Notion);
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and changing business requirements;
• PMP, PgMP, Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.

Extra valued skills

Experience in products combining both hardware and software;

Experience in B2B enterprise products;

Experience in project management within the logistics industry.
