Data Analytics Manager

We are in search of a Data Analytics Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to join our operations team and lead the development of analytical models that support better, faster, and smarter decisions across our supply chain, customer support, and field services. You’ll drive the use of data to build scalable solutions — from network planning and inventory management to workforce optimization and others. In addition to developing advanced analytics, you’ll be responsible for guiding a growing team and supporting internal teams and clients with clear, actionable insights.

What will be your responsibilities

• Lead the development of operational models that support optimization in areas such as warehouse planning, asset management, workforce allocation, services, etc;
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and customer support teams to define problems and deliver data-backed solutions that improve performance and efficiency;
• Guide and support a small team of analysts in executing complex projects, ensuring clarity, structure, and impact;
• Translate large and complex datasets into clear strategic insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders;
• Deliver structured documentation and client-facing reports that communicate findings and support decision-making;
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure access to clean, scalable data and support the continuous improvement of data infrastructure;
• Contribute to the creation of a data-driven culture and help shape our long-term analytics vision across operations.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• 6+ years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, or modelling for decision support — preferably in supply chain, logistics, or service operations;
• Strong background in developing operational models for planning, management and optimization;
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience analysing complex datasets and building custom solutions;
• Comfortable using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate findings effectively and support decision-making;
• Knowledge of predictive modelling or optimization techniques is a strong plus (e.g., linear programming, simulation, machine learning);
• Strong understanding of operations and supply challenges (e.g., inventory, network design, services, workforce, lifecycle management);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to turn data into clear, compelling narratives;
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
• Ability to travel.
