Delivery Manager

Blockovate is a new and ambitious marketing agency on a mission to help innovative blockchain based solutions reach their target audience.

We work with the leading blockchain projects and help transform their marketing efforts, ensuring their project reaches the right audience, and achieves its necessary goals.

Role

Blockovate are looking for an organized and impactful Delivery Manager to organize, oversee and motivate our active projects to the highest standard.

Key accountabilities:

• Help craft a delivery function that is capable of taking multiple projects from inception to release
• Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of project deliverables as outlined in the project plans
• Review and improve the existing project management approach across teams
• Work closely with Product, Marketing and Tech to ensure the project roadmaps are integrated with the overall business strategy
• Plan and forecast resource requirements based on future demands
• Escalate, influence and manage expectations of senior management
• Develop standards, processes and procedures
• Ensure any strategic issues are identified at the earliest opportunity and solutions are implemented in line with processes
• Source and setup resources necessary to fulfill projects from end to end

Requirements

• Strong experience working in a predominantly marketing based business
• Provable experience delivering multiple different projects in a fast moving environment
• Experience at a management level, managing teams and budgets and working with senior and junior team members to deliver
• Experience working with product and or development teams
• Basic understanding of blockchain (desirable)

• £65k per annum salary
