We’re expanding our elite founding team with a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who brings breadth across modern web and backend technologies — enabling us to push Bliro to new heights.
Your Opportunity
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute to major product surfaces across our web app, desktop client, iOS app and backend services.
Take technical ownership of one platform, shaping how we ship performant, low-latency real-time features.
Work closely with our CTO and founding engineers and drive our technical strategy by architecting scalable services, defining best practices across the stack and informing product and infrastructure decisions.
Coach junior engineers, guide code reviews, and help grow a high-performing engineering culture where learning and ownership are core.
Help us build a robust delivery pipeline that balances product velocity with reliability and quality.

Must-Have Competencies
University degree in Math, Informatics or an adjacent technical subject
Previous experience in a startup as technical lead or CTO
Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern full-stack development
Familiarity in either Swiftor C++
Bonus Points
Contributions to open-source or personal side projects you’re proud of
Familiarity with privacy-focused architectures or real-time data pipelines
Exposure to audio, voice, or AI technologies
