We are BLEN, a digital services company with a passion for building better digital tools. Since our founding in 2004, we've been a technology firm dedicated to helping public agencies, non-profits, and enterprises modernize their legacy systems and transition to scalable, modern digital services. Based in Washington D.C., we are a proud SBA Certified 8(a) and VA Certified Small Business (VOSB). Our approach is deeply rooted in human-centered design, which we combine with extensive expertise in Research, Design, Product, Security, and Engineering. We work in close collaboration with our clients to tackle complex challenges head-on, delivering solutions that are not only innovative but also practical, accessible, and high-performing. We've had the privilege of being entrusted with some of the largest Federal software projects, including work for The United States Patent and Trademark Office, The White House, the General Services Administration (GSA), and HHS Head Start, among others.

Our team is the heart of our success. We are a small, creative, and highly technical group of engineers who genuinely love technology. We believe in doing the right thing, even when it's difficult, and this integrity shines through in both our work and our relationships. We're scrappy by nature, inspired by those who dare to dream and achieve great things. For us, it's about more than just getting the job done; it's about finishing projects with a level of care that floors our clients. We are committed to delivering fast, high-quality results without wasting time. Our core capabilities span across Digital Modernization, where we migrate legacy systems to the Cloud, and Human-Centered Web/Mobile Design and Development. We specialize in Emerging Technologies like ML/AI and RPA, helping our partners to not only replace older technology but to create compelling and positive customer experiences. We are selective with our partners and clients, which allows us to dedicate ourselves fully to each project and build long-lasting, successful relationships.
