As a Senior CRM Developer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work closely with clients, analysts, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver top-notch solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing customized configurations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Collaborating with clients and analysts to gather and understand CRM solution requirements.
- Implementing and customizing workflows, business rules, and plugins within CRM.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for CRM solutions, including technical specifications.
- Performing unit testing and providing support during quality assurance activities.
- Offering technical support and troubleshooting issues related to CRM implementation and customization.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-premises.
- Sound knowledge of designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (specifically Version 1612 (9.0.X.XXX) and Unified Client Interface (UCI)).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations, configurations, and customizations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services, including secured web services development using SOAP/REST.
- Experience in designing and implementing n-tier solutions.
- Strong understanding of C#, Object-Oriented Concepts, and Interfaces.
- Knowledge of VueJS and DotNet Core.
- Experience in MVC 5.0 development.
- Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Ajax, and Twitter Bootstrap.
- Advanced skills in SSIS and SSAS, ability to create ETL packages and SSAS projects, both multidimensional and tabular.
- Experience in async, multi-threaded, concurrent, and multi-user development.
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing.
- Ability to build .NET desktop applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, and reporting services.
- Familiarity with WCF Services.
- Understanding of Windows Workflow Foundation 4.0.
- Experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 Web Part development is a plus.
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 publishing architecture is a plus.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about building customer-focused mobile apps.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
