Event Intern (August 2024)

Your responsibilities

• Organization of all our client events: Logistics (transportation and accommodation, briefing and feedback, preparation of materials...)
• Animation and presence at events to present the application, conduct demonstrations, assist new users, and meet project teams
• Follow and animate our base of student ambassadors to deploy carpooling across all campuses in France

Your qualifications

• You are mobile: You enjoy traveling all over France, as you will be frequently on the move to manage your events
• You are energetic and sociable; you are not afraid to meet everyone to convert them to our carpooling solution
• You are organized, rigorous, and capable of prioritizing in a constantly evolving environment
• Full work proficiency in French & English
• The essential requirement: Driver's license (for at least 2 years)

• Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
• Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise
