Position Summary:
Realy is an extended reality social media application built on a spatial computing platform. It enables users to share recorded and live content in a fully immersive 3D experience. Our mission is to capture memories in the best possible experience. As the Content Manager, you will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of engaging content to enhance Realy's brand presence and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft & Execute Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content plan aligned with Realy's mission and goals, overseeing a consistent content flow across platforms.
- Immersive Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality 3D content (recorded & live) & collaborate with creatives & partners to produce compelling content, ensuring brand alignment & consistent style.
- Data-Driven Engagement: Analyze user engagement & feedback to refine content strategies, utilize data to understand performance & optimize future content, and foster a vibrant user base.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Integrate content strategies with marketing, product development, and design for campaigns & product launches, and coordinate with PR & communications for cohesive messaging.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain high standards for content quality & accuracy, ensuring all content complies with legal and copyright regulations.
- Innovation & Trendspotting: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content creation and extended reality, experimenting with new formats to keep Realy innovative.

You will be responsible for driving Realy’s content vision and strategy, creating engaging 3D experiences that resonate with our target audience. You will manage the content lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand and enhances user experience.

Requirements
Who You Will Work With:
This role reports directly to the CMO and works closely with the marketing, product development, design, and PR teams. You will collaborate with internal and external content creators, influencers, and partners to bring Realy’s content vision to life.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content management, preferably within digital or social media environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
- Skilled in copywriting in English and content moderation.
- Strong understanding of 3D content creation and immersive experiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication in English and strong collaboration abilities.
