The Finance team at Binance is looking for a Senior Finance & Tax Manager to lead finance and tax operations for their regulated entity and shared service entities in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Brazilian tax and experience in financial management within regulated environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
  • Strong experience in Brazilian tax (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in: tax compliance, financial reporting, working in regulated environments
  • Experience managing audits and dealing with tax authorities
  • Fluent in Portuguese & English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to navigate complex and evolving regulatory environments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business
