We are seeking a motivated and analytical Growth Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team. This mid-level role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and conversion on the Binance platform. You will work cross-functionally to enhance product features and execute growth initiatives that drive sustainable user growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily data analysis to understand user segments, behavior trends, and funnel performance.
- Monitor cost, ROI, and other key growth metrics to ensure efficient budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze the end-to-end user journey to identify friction points and optimize user flows to increase conversion rates.
- Develop and implement creative growth strategies, including but not limited to voucher campaigns, task-based incentives, and other user engagement tactics.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage platform capabilities and drive product enhancements that support growth objectives.
- Initiate and lead growth projects independently, ensuring detailed execution and conducting thorough post-mortem reviews to extract learnings and improve future initiatives.
- Continuously track, report, and communicate growth performance and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a growth-related role with strong data analysis skills and logical problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in data tools and analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing projects end-to-end from ideation to execution and review.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Creative mindset with experience designing and executing growth strategies such as voucher programs, task incentives, or similar campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
