Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Growth, Business Development Strategy, or Business Operations, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, exchange operations, and asset listing processes.
- Strong analytical and operational background; fluent in SQL and data tooling (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude).
- Comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Legal, Data, and Engineering.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals in a highly regulated industry
- Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, particularly staking and tokenomics
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional initiatives
