POSITION SUMMARY:Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Program Manager for a remote based position in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage proactive change communications for Microsoft 365 services via the Microsoft 365 Message Center, reaching millions of enterprise users.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Program Management teams to gather details and publish timely, accurate, and actionable change notifications.
• Create, review, and update customer-facing technical content that supports feature rollouts and product updates.
• Maintain strong relationship management with stakeholders to ensure smooth content development and delivery.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across Teams, email, and virtual calls to gather information and align on message accuracy.
• Participate in weekly syncs with leadership to review work and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple small communication projects simultaneously.
• Ensure high attention to detail and consistency in all written materials, with a strong focus on customer impact.
• Monitor deadlines and prioritize work to meet publishing timelines without compromising content quality.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience with technical writing.
• Must have minimum 2 years’ experience with project management.
• Should have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Should have kye skills like: Content creation, Relationship management to accomplish tasks, Attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple small ‘projects’ at one time, Communicate clearly with partners via email, Teams and voice.

• A competitive pay range of $43/hr- $45/hr (depending on experience).
• Location: remote (USA)
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
• 8 paid holidays + 1 personal floating holiday
• 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
