Customer Service Representative Costa Rica

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support: Respond to player inquiries via email with timely, professional, and effective resolutions — always upholding our standards of game integrity, compliance, and security.
• KYC and Verification: Perform detailed customer verifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Handle complex or escalated issues with professionalism and focus on delivering excellent service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams focused on game integrity, compliance, and security to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Process Adherence: Follow established workflows and provide input on improving procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Based in Costa Rica
• Fluent English required – both written and verbal.
• Weekend availability is mandatory – this role includes regular weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and writing skills are essential.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within gaming, tech, or online services.
• Familiarity with KYC, compliance, and account security best practices.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and support tools.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-moving environment.
