Belkins Group is looking for an Account Executive to join its Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, fluency in English, and a proven track record of selling to or working with US/European clients. They will be responsible for running discovery calls, building proposals, closing deals, and handing clients off to the delivery team.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Speak English fluently (C1/C2)
- Have sold to or worked with US/European clients before
- Understand how lead generation works at a working level — outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, copywriting, list research
- Be naturally curious and ask a lot of questions before recommending anything
- Can give honest, balanced feedback - both to prospects and to teammates — even when it's hard to hear
- Like working in an environment that moves fast and expects you to learn quickly
