What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for TikTok and Instagram.
- Create your own EGC (employee-generated content) — behind-the-scenes clips, unboxings, tutorials, storytelling to bring our brand to life.
- Use AI tools to generate high-quality visuals and creative concepts.
- Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce branded shoots and campaign assets.
- Curate, brief, and repost UGC from customers and influencers to build trust and social proof.
Influencer, Community & Event Marketing
- Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Develop clear briefs and guidelines for influencer content that aligns with our tone and goals.
- Engage with our community daily: respond to comments and DMs, gather feedback, and spark conversations.
- Plan and coordinate small brand events or pop-ups to boost local presence and connect with our audience offline.
- Capture content at events to amplify reach online.
Campaign Planning
- Collaborate closely with our Ads & Email Specialist to align organic content with paid campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and event tie-ins that generate buzz and sales.
- Monitor trends in beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle to keep our content fresh and on-brand.
Reporting & Improvement
- Track and analyze content performance.
- Share insights and ideas to refine what we create and how we engage.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in creative marketing, social media content, influencer/UGC management, or a similar role (preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion).
- Comfortable creating your own EGC — you enjoy showing up on camera and telling authentic brand stories.
- Solid hands-on experience managing UGC and influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with planning and executing small events or brand activations.
- Confident using AI tools for visuals and design.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends.
- Solid copywriting skills for captions, hooks, scripts, and event promos.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive — you pitch ideas and make them happen.
