We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise Sales team, responsible for supporting the full sales cycle, working closely with Account Executives and internal stakeholders, and helping customers understand complex technical concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing technical pre-sales positions, a strong understanding of enterprise telecommunications technology solutions, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical pre-sales position
- Strong understanding of enterprise telecommunications technology solutions and complex sales environments
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented messaging for various stakeholders
- Experience working directly with sales teams in a client-facing capacity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
