The role involves providing legal advice on telecom licensing, FCC compliance, and operational regulatory issues, as well as leading and managing regulatory filings and comments with the FCC and other agencies.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state.
- At least 3 years of telecom and FCC regulatory experience.
- Knowledge of emerging telecom issues including STIR/SHAKEN, Know Your Customer (KYC), Robocall Mitigation Database filings, and related state rules.
- Familiarity with evolving technologies (e.g., 5G, broadband, IoT) and their regulatory environments.
- Experience with regulatory advocacy, industry group participation, or government agency liaison.
