Out of hours, Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Entertainment Consultant (out of hours) to join our Media & Entertainment division. The role is based in the United Kingdom and requires a passion for entertainment travel. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge of the travel industry and experience working with travel industry systems.

Requirements

• Fulfill incoming travel requests/inquiries accurately and efficiently via Sabre Gds
• Assist with group bookings, air/hotels, etc
• Work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
• Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client
• Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements
• Manage location and large group movements
• Confidently manage multiple complex itineraries
• Willingly aid team members within and across teams
• Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers
• Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules
• Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
• Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
