The Hotel Revenue Growth & Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping internal teams with insights, tools, training, and playbooks required to identify and act on hotel revenue growth opportunities consistently.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a TMC, corporate travel, hospitality, or a closely related B2B2C environment
- Strong understanding of hotel category management, including sourcing strategy, content strategy, booking platform landscape, compliance, and traveler engagement
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into clear, practical actions
- Strong stakeholder management across functions, levels, and regions
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Ability to work successfully across global or multi-regional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience using BI and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
