Manage a portfolio of small to medium size accounts, inside account management, or supporting a Global Account Manager with one account in core client-facing responsibilities.
Requirements
- Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues
- Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. credit card reconciliation
- Work with customers to either develop a business plan or support the execution of the plan, when applicable
- Experience in Quality/Account management methodology and Customer Service
- Working with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
- Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint
- Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services
- Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience as well as business analysis and financial acumen
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledgeable in client technology tools
