Job Summary:

Collect and analyze product master data and country specific requirements to support Serialization implementations as well as ongoing data maintenance by collaborating with various internal functions as well as CMO customers and suppliers. Resolve data issues and regulatory alerts for products on the market. Support the implementation and maintenance of business processes to meet country/market specific requirements and ensure supply continuity. Support project execution activities and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and resolve complaints and regulatory alerts from various business management tools/systems. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure no product supply interruptions. Identify common root causes, and drive process continuous improvement to resolve and prevent re-occurrence.
  • Collect & analyze product master data to meet specific country regulatory requirements, using various business systems. Prepare and present financial data to support business decision process. Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Interact with marketing, legal, regulatory affairs, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, external CMO customers and suppliers, and labeling operations to assess scope, complexity, estimates, and timelines.
  • Define and articulate country specific serialization requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Managers through the execution of projects tasks to support the overall project execution. May be asked to lead project related activities with internal functions and external (CMO) customers & suppliers. Interacts through project updates and reviews ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure identification and communication of project risks and help identify business solutions and/or capabilities required to address specific business challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication (verbal/written/listening), collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated focus on quality.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work within a dynamic team setting.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability, including the ability to use multiple computer applications (e.g. JDE, Tableau, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Proven strong problem-solving ability to achieve process efficiency and improvements.
  • Strong business / financial competence

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in systems or business required.
  • 1+ years experience working within the application systems or business environment.
  • Ability to work under minimal / limited supervision, acting as a self-starter.
  • Pharma regulatory experience is helpful.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €27,200 annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
