BASF/Chemetall is seeking a Industry Sales Specialist - Metalworking Fluids to join their Sales team. The individual will be responsible for growing sales by providing the whole array of MWF products as systematic up/cross-selling. The role will cover North America and require the individual to be based in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico near an international airport.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, engineering, or business administration
- Experience in Metal Working Fluids
- High level of efficiency in sales process
- Project management skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Sales acumen (account & relationship management, value-based selling, etc.)
- Customer focus
- Organizational awareness
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong collaboration mindset
- Flexibility and ability to travel up to 50%, 25% overnight travel
