The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing cross-selling, and representing the company in the local industry environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, a MINT subject, or a technical vocational training in a relevant field
- Several years of experience in the lubricants industry, ideally including application technology and practical sales experience
- Fundamental knowledge in the areas of price management, Salesforce application, customer project management, and the development of commercial and technical solutions
- Very good German and advanced English skills as well as safe handling of Salesforce and common IT applications
- Excellent communication skills, a growth-oriented mindset, team spirit, intercultural competence, and a proactive, customer-oriented way of working
